Calling all vegans looking to join an American cooking class full of comforting classics. A gourmet Chef Zenjaia will teach you some basic cooking skills before guiding you through the process of cooking an entire menu tailored for vegans but unrestricted for others to enjoy as well.

Start by prepping boneless vegan tenders with a seasoning of your choice, like spicy garlic or classic buffalo. Once you've mastered the tenders, you'll be frying a mushroom steak alternative in a balsamic marinade paired with loaded mashed potatoes. Finish the menu on a sweet note by preparing a vegan cheesecake.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
