The class features spinach ricotta envelopes and a chicken bacon filo tart with Fontina cheese as a savory part of the menu. For something sweet, you will prepare banana changa with chocolate, brown sugar and a dash of Brandy. This hands-on class will teach you sophisticated techniques and preparation methods, book today.
