She’s an instructor in the culinary program at Saddleback College in Mission Viejo, in addition to teaching at the Gourmandise School. She’s also a chef instructor at Surfas. Chef Aubray and her team are wonderful. The classes are a lot of fun, you get to learn some useful skills and enjoy the food in a nice setting afterwards.
