Start this experience with a fresh octopus salad with arugula, cannellini beans and cherry tomatoes. Next is an asparagus risotto with scallops and Pecorino cheese. Follow this coastal menu with sabayon, a sweet sauce prepared with vanilla, mascarpone cheese and wild berries.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
