This cooking class, with master culinary artist Chef Delano, focuses on modern takes on classic dishes. Indulge in a four-course feast bursting with flavor that will you will learn to prepare yourself.
Improve your culinary prowess as you chop, slice and sear with ease. Craft a refreshing Burrata berry salad with balsamic macerated berries, baby arugula and toasted Marcona almonds paired with crispy skin chicken and a side of charred carrots. The finale is your own personal chocolate soufflé cake adorned with raspberry coulis, assorted berries and a delightful sorbet.
