To begin, fry up homemade chips and make homemade salsa and guacamole to get the fiesta started. Learn how to sous vide chicken breast for enchiladas stuffed with fresh jalapeños and a lemon sour cream sauce. Prepare two types of fajitas with chicken and beef. Whip up classic beans and Spanish rice for a side. Satisfy your sweet tooth with crispy fried buñuelos tossed in cinnamon and sugar.
