WHAT YOU’LL DO

Learn traditional methods for making classic dim sum
In this interactive cooking class, you’ll master time-honored techniques for crafting dim sum by hand. Follow along with the chef instructor as you practice forming, folding and filling the dough, then pleating and steaming two types of savory dumplings. Round out your flavor-packed dim sum trio with fluffy bao stuffed with sweet and smoky barbecued pork.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
