WHAT YOU’LL DO

Indulge in the refined elegance of gourmet Italian cuisine.
In this interactive cooking class, you’ll elevate your skills with timeless techniques from the Italian kitchen. The chef will teach you to enhance steak with flavor-packed compound butter and create interesting textures with a crispy onion garnish. You’ll craft a classic antipasti of prosciutto-wrapped melon to whet the appetite and finish the meal with silky vanilla panna cotta.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
