WHAT YOU’LL DO

Learn the basics of pâtisserie guided by a world-class chef.
In this immersive cooking class, you’ll elevate your pastry skills with essential baking techniques. The chef will teach you to make pâte à choux - a fundamental dough for making traditional Paris-brest and more. You’ll learn to enhance sweet treats like rich caramels with gourmet salt and complete your pastry lesson with classic French butter cookies.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
