This cooking class is the ultimate culinary experience for pizza enthusiasts! The talented Chef Ben has curated an idyllic collection of ingredients to create top-shelf pies so get ready to unleash your inner pizza chef!
You'll start by making an assortment of Italian appetizers, before learning how to make your own pizza dough. You'll top your dough with your choice of homemade sauce, your favorite fresh cheese such as fresh mozzarella and Parmesan and additional toppings like sausage, pepperoni and veggies. For dessert, you'll whip up a decadent almond semifreddo.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
