Embark on a culinary adventure through the Italian countryside with this cooking class! Learn the art of crafting fresh pasta dough for a truly authentic experience. A chef instructor will guide you through cooking shrimp pasta infused with tomatoes and basil. Chop the freshest summer product for vibrant salads. Conclude your Italian feast with homemade gelato, transforming it into a delightful affogato for the ultimate post-meal indulgence.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Ashley was competent, kind and patient. The food was delicious! I brought my daughter, Paisley, for her 32nd birthday. It was an awesome birthday gift for her and an awesome experience for us. Thank you!

It was fun but I wish we couldвЂ™ve worked with our group only. I donвЂ™t want other peoples hands in my food and itвЂ™s hard when you have a kid in your group and need to let them do everything. I was very disappointed in this. The class was very rushed at the end too.

We had chef Craig, and he was great. He spent time teaching us techniques and explaining the reasons behind the techniques. Craig was patient and made us laugh! Great event.

To begin, I was not aware that we would be cooking the entire meal with another couple which had me doing about 1/4 of the cooking, I think I diced garlic and pistachios. The portions were also very small, we went for a whole meal after the class. The instructor told us what to do, but that was about it. Overall pretty disappointed for the price we paid.

Our family of 3 (including a teen son) really enjoyed this class. The recipes were easy to figure out and make, and it's nice to have the book to refer to the 3 things we made, as well as all of the other content. Chef Kelley was very helpful, friendly, and encouraging with our son!

Chef Tanya and Jake, the cooking instructors, were terrific! They not only shared valuable tips for cooking but also for prepping and cleaning the station. I was thrilled with the class and can't wait to sign up for another one. If you're interested, book your spot on a Saturday or Sunday.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary with this cooking class and had so much fun! Would have been better with a little wine or champagne but it was great. We've already made a few of the dishes!!

My husband and I had an enjoyable time. The food turned out excellent. Chef Joy and the others in the class were delightful to be around. There was a lot of standing. I wish we had been able to at least sit down to eat the delicious food. Overall great experience.

It was excellent. It was very hands on, and the class was small. Justin, the chef that was the class instructor, is a fantastic, hands on teacher.

What a great class. From the beginning with regard to explaining the different variations that we were going to make. Guiding us in the preparing of the ingredients and working with us in the cooking of the ingredients and how it all comes together . The end result the best getting to eat what we made. Delicious. Ready to register for my next class. Great way to spend a Sunday afternoon.

This was a fun and wonderful class. The recipes were delicious . Chef Chris was a true professional chef. She gave little inside tips, was very good at explaining the recipes. I would take another class with Chef Chris!
