Here’s how to interpret classic Italian dishes with local California ingredients.
Feel the positive vibes with these fresh, sunny twists on Italian. In this team building activity, Chef Jen will teach you and your coworkers how to weave aspects of Californian and Italian cuisine into vibrant dishes. You’ll work side-by-side with your colleagues to prepare a gorgeous tricolore salad topped with crispy Parmesan Reggiano fricco, then move on to making a flavorful leg of lamb. For dessert, you'll assemble a beautiful chocolate torte with whipped mascarpone and fresh berries. If the weather is sunny, your team can head outside to finish off the evening by enjoying your meal in Chef Jen's pretty backyard.

Chefs Frances and Sasha offered a wonderful cooking experience. We deboned and roasted a whole leg of lamb, and then chefs showed us how to cook five completely different dishes out of it! Each of the five dishes was unique and very delicious. This class made my Sunday!
