What You’ll Do

Explore Italian cuisine in an immersive cooking session.

Whip up an Italian feast in this fun, hands-on cooking class. Guided by a chef instructor you’ll learn how to make an Italian salsa verde to pair with pork chops and a citrus and fennel salad topped with ricotta salata. For dessert you’ll whip up a zabaglione, a rich custard made with custard and Marsala wine.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Eric began his culinary climb as a kitchen assistant, garnering real-world experience through the grocery and food service industries. His natural talent and passion for cuisine led him into the world of food prep, with a focus on the authentic flavors of East Asia. Helping others elevate their kitchen skills allowed Chef Eric to discover his joy for teaching and assuring his students that even mistakes can be meaningful.

We didn’t have Eric but some woman. Instructions weren’t that thought out and for groups of four, more equipment should have been available. You should offer classes for groups of 2. Not enough hands on time with four people and you can’t experience cooking the meal.

Overall great experience! The recipe was really delicious, better than I expected. The instructor made the ice cream and I was hoping that we’d learn that part - as I knew how to cook everything else. A good time nonetheless!
