Join this expert pastry chef led cooking class to master French patisserie. Uncover the secrets to achieving the perfect dough, the groundwork for so many French patisserie classics. Learn how to fill your fancy French pastries with a smooth, rich crème pâtissière flavored to suit your tastes, in this delicious treat of a class.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The facility was great and so was our instructor. Taking a star off because we thought we would get to make classic croissants but it was only morning buns (cinnamon rolls) and pan au chocolait. It was still a great experience.
