Cooking Class - Celebration of Chocolate

What You'll Do

Indulge your sweet tooth by learning new dessert and baking techniques.

Join this cooking class to discover how to create treats to satisfy any chocoholic. You'll learn how to bake flourless chocolate torte, whip tri-color mousse and churn milk and sugar into chocolate-hazelnut swirl gelato. Make a trio of treats using techniques like tempering chocolate, shaving chocolate curls and preparing chocolate-covered honeycomb candy. Friends and family will request these treats for every event.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Now instructing, Chef Jesse combines his deep knowledge and passion for food with a love for teaching, helping students master efficient kitchen techniques while making cooking a fun, engaging experience.

The recipes were good the prep went well but followed by a big disappointment in the fact that we then rushed through eating our meal standing up at prep stations.
