First, the Chef will share her secrets to mastering the perfect dough. Then savor the rich flavor of traditional steamed Mongolian beef dumplings. Practice wrapping and folding techniques by making wontons. Add a bit of spicy kick to the filling and you'll be amazed by how more flavorsome a homemade crispy wonton can be compared to the takeout.
