In this vibrant cooking class, you will master the art of Mexican cuisine staple - tacos. Chef Peggy will guide you every step of the way, from the masterful marinating of the flank steak to the assembling of the final dish.
First start by crafting the perfect taco base, a handmade fresh tortilla. Later, blending traditional Mexican spices, grill a succulent flank steak. Bring your tacos to life as you finish them with a variety of fresh ingredients like homemade pico de gallo, zesty lime juice and cheese.
