WHAT YOU’LL DO

Celebrate grilling season with this innovative gourmet menu.
In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll elevate peak produce and fresh seafood with easy and effective techniques. Your chef instructor shares tips for marinating and grilling garlic and herb shrimp skewers and shows you how to caramelize stone fruit to pair with a decadent rum butter sauce. Stir up some refreshing sweet iced tea while sampling your grilled creations.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
