WHAT YOU’LL DO
Prepare restaurant-worthy sushi selections while building practical skills.
Join this cooking class to learn essential techniques for preparing sushi rolls. Discover how to prepare fresh tuna and vegetables, season rice and practice knife and rolling skills. You'll create a spicy tuna roll, cucumber roll and veggie hand roll before enjoying matcha ice cream and a refreshing yuzu mint soda.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

This class was a gift to my wife as we just celebrated out 35th wedding anniversary. We enjoyed the class. The steps were easy to follow, and the food was delicious. We now can bring some fun Ramen making back to our family of 4 kids, who absolutely love Ramen. The downside was the size of the class. It was a bit crowded at the tables, and it felt like instructing that many people got a bit chaotic. Other than that, my wife and I had a fun time.
