WHAT YOU’LL DO

Brush up on sushi making essentials with this hands-on lesson.
This sushi-focused cooking class covers the basic skills for making custom rolls and accompaniments. Guided by your chef instructor, you’ll select the freshest fish, prepare seasoned rice, make flavorful dipping sauces, sharpen your knife skills and master the rolling technique. After sampling your custom creations, finish the lesson with sweet and earthy matcha ice cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
