WHAT YOU’LL DO

Discover beloved sweet and savory treats from across the United Kingdom.
From tea-time snacks to a street food favorite, this chef-led cooking class explores iconic British bakes with hands-on practice. Classic Victoria sponge cakes layered with cream and strawberry jam bring a touch of elegance to your dessert repertoire. You’ll also make traditional pudding cake soaked in toffee sauce and hearty sausage rolls encased in puff pastry.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
