WHAT YOU’LL DO

Gain confidence in a bunch of baking skills as you craft classic treats from France.
No one does desserts quite like the French, and this hands-on cooking class will guide you to making classic and mouthwatering sweets with ease. Whisk together a buttery caramel sauce to pour over layers of neatly sliced apples on a base of homemade puff pastry. Incorporate plenty of air into a soufflé batter then slowly heat a sweet creme anglaise for a sinful bite.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The chief and staff were all wonderful. The ingredients for meal prep were all well laid out in advance. The Thai menu was unique and delicious. We’ll definitely be preparing these recipes again. This was opportunity to prepare foods we wouldn’t normally cook at home. My only dislike was the tight work space we had to work in. Not a huge deal breaker.
