WHAT YOU’LL DO

Dive into the rich history and traditions of paella.
Dive into the flavors of Spain and learn to craft a show-stopping paella with this interactive cooking class. Explore the process of toasting the special bomba rice, infusing saffron in two delectable variations and creating a flavorful sofrito base. Learn from a world-class chef and take home a set of newfound skills in paella making.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
