WHAT YOU’LL DO
Discover the satisfaction of creating colorful sushi rolls by hand.
In this sushi-centric cooking class, you'll unleash your creativity while crafting three distinctive rolls. Learn the fundamentals of preparing fresh ingredients, seasoning rice and mastering rolling techniques under the guidance of a chef instructor. Make a spicy tuna roll, cucumber roll and veggie hand roll before finishing with matcha ice cream and refreshing yuzu mint soda.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
