WHAT YOU’LL DO

Elevate your BBQ skills to the next level.
The expert chef in this cooking class will show you how to create the perfect BBQ beef and walk you through the process of marinating the meat and wrapping it in crisp lettuce leaves. You’ll learn how to create perfect glass noodles with seasonal vegetables and perfectly capture those much-loved Korean flavors.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Very well run class, it was fun and I liked how chef threw in all kind of cooking tips while we were cooking. Thank you for all you and your staff did to make it happen. I would suggest that you add more time to the class or remove one of the dishes from the menu, it was too much too rushed. Thank you for the recipes too. I signed us up for another class this spring ..
