WHAT YOU’LL DO

Master precision in the kitchen as you chop, dice, cut, and slice like a chef.
At the heart of all great culinary creations are tried-and-true techniques, and this cooking class brings them all to the surface. Embrace the guidance of a chef instructor as you soak in foundational knife skills in a fun, hands-on environment. Every food enthusiast must yield essential techniques for handling knives with precision and confidence. By the end, you'll understand the importance of proper grip, hand placement, and cutting angles.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The facility was great and so was our instructor. Taking a star off because we thought we would get to make classic croissants but it was only morning buns (cinnamon rolls) and pan au chocolait. It was still a great experience.
