WHAT YOU’LL DO
Make restaurant-worthy fresh pasta right from dough to delicious.
Take part in this cooking class and who knows, you too may be able to make fresh pasta with proven step-by-step techniques for making perfect dough every time. Practice rolling and cutting pappardelle, then filling and shaping tortellini. Plus, learn seasoned techniques to accentuate flavors with fresh produce. You’ll want to say goodbye to pre-packaged pasta forever after this satisfying class.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
