Master the creation of the core of decadent French pastries, laminated dough!
You'll love this bake-centric cooking class! All about French-baked goodness, you'll start to understand the process of creating laminated dough, the very foundation of many delicious French pastries. Practice the methods that produce the rich, flaky, and soft texture that is the core of many delicious French pastries. The chef-led session will have you creating puff pastry, mille-feuille, and other mouth-watering treats like you have been doing it forever!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Donuts were small but good. One chef was prepping for another class during our class which was a little distracting. A lot of the prep work was done which is understandable but a little upsetting.

Growing up in the West Indies, Chef Marvaleen discovered her love of cooking from her grandmother. This homegrown passion has taken her on a culinary journey and an excitement to share it with new audiences and aspiring chefs. Chef Marvaleen loves teaching new recipes and techniques through engaging classes and demonstrations. She is excited to share her love of pastry and desserts while teaching essential culinary skills.
