WHAT YOU’LL DO

Up your pastry game by learning the art of laminating dough the right way.
Here's a cooking class worth your while! Laminated dough, the base for many a French bake, involves meticulously layering butter and dough to create a rich and flaky texture for a touch of sophistication to pastries. In this 3-hour class, you’ll master essential techniques for making puff pastry treats, be guided through layering decadent strawberry-rhubarb and vanilla custard fillings in a mille-feuille pastry and more.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The facility was great and so was our instructor. Taking a star off because we thought we would get to make classic croissants but it was only morning buns (cinnamon rolls) and pan au chocolait. It was still a great experience.
