WHAT YOU’LL DO

Master the flavorful thrills of macaron magic.
In this hands-on, chef-led cooking class, you'll master two macaron flavors — Peach and Champagne and Chocolate Crème Brûlée — for a selection of delicious treats. You’ll learn to build your batter, how to correctly meringue eggs, and tips for coloring the batter. After piping and baking your batter, the class will move on to construct decadent macarons with crisp shells and from-scratch fillings. Go ahead and book a spot!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The facility was great and so was our instructor. Taking a star off because we thought we would get to make classic croissants but it was only morning buns (cinnamon rolls) and pan au chocolait. It was still a great experience.
