Join a gourmet chef for a cooking class focusing on the color, flavor and textures of traditional Latin recipes. A talented chef will guide you through exceptional and vibrant recipes.

Learn how to make blue corn tostadas to serve with chicken tinga, Cotija cheese and Mexican crema. Next is a warm and hearty tortilla soup with queso Oaxaca and blue corn tortilla chips. Your entrée is a tamal with a corn husk or banana leaf and chicken, pork or a vegetarian option. Dessert is horchata flan with caramel brittle.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

My partner Collin and I had the BEST time with Chef Jaime. Not only was the food delicious, but we learned so much from a very kind and knowledgeable chef. We absolutely loved the experience, the company, and of course the meal! Worth every penny, 11/10 would do it again. Thank you!
