Join a gourmet chef for a cooking class featuring fresh and local ingredients. Experienced Chef will guide you through Italian flavors and techniques.

Start by preparing a fresh kale soup with cannellini beans, carrots and celery. Next up is a Burrata salad with seasonal vegetables and basil vinaigrette. You'll learn how to mix and shape dough into homemade pasta that you'll top with a red or white sauce. Dessert is a rich and creamy goat cheese panna cotta with seasonal berries and edible flowers.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

My partner Collin and I had the BEST time with Chef Jaime. Not only was the food delicious, but we learned so much from a very kind and knowledgeable chef. We absolutely loved the experience, the company, and of course the meal! Worth every penny, 11/10 would do it again. Thank you!

We had a fantastic meal with Chef Jaime and Robin (and Lola!). Best tamales ever!!!!! Learned some techniques we will try out this weekend.
