WHAT YOU’LL DO

A fun 3-day workshop giving budding bakers hands-on, practical skills.
Aimed at kids aged 12 and up, this interactive 3-day cooking series is perfect for any teens looking to perfect their baking skills. Under the guidance of a chef instructor, students will discover how to prepare ingredients, follow food safety rules, and create their own bakes based on delicious recipes from around the world. At the end of their summer cooking classes, your teen will have a chance to show off their newly acquired skills by taking part in an entertaining mystery challenge to create their own dish from scratch.
Classes typically run for two to two and a half hours, unless specified otherwise. Group work is a key component; kids can expect to collaborate with four other students. The class involves standing, cooking and active participation throughout. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required and long hair should be securely tied back for safety. Please note that these are drop-off classes. Parents do not stay during the classes.
This event is suitable for kids aged 12-17

Hi - we have done cozy meal in the past. This time. we did not have chef Tina and it was not in her home as advertised, but at sur la table. Our chef was great as was the menu, but our time was far too rushed for what we were cooking - both for him and for us. This was an expensive outing and an additional hour in the kitchen would have made the experience more enjoyable for all.

My husband and I had a wonderful time making pasta carbonara and chicken piccata with Chef Julie and her assistant Emily. I am sure we will schedule another class soon, we both really enjoyed it, learned a lot and had a great meal with leftovers to bring home.
