WHAT YOU’LL DO

From perfecting intricate design to perfecting the science of dough making.
Delight your teen with a week of culinary excitement in our brand-new cooking series! Designed for ages 12 and older, this immersive program will empower your young chef to unleash their creativity and confidence in the kitchen. An expert chef will guide your child through challenging recipes and master advanced baking techniques while learning essential food prep skills and kitchen safety. Each student will proudly depart with a printed menu, graduation certificate, and a treasure trove of baking skills to show off at the next family dinner.
Classes typically run for two to two and a half hours, unless specified otherwise. Group work is a key component; kids can expect to collaborate with four other students. The class involves standing, cooking and active participation throughout. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required and long hair should be securely tied back for safety. Please note that these are drop-off classes. Parents do not stay during the classes.
This event is suitable for kids aged 12-17

Booked the class Master Timeless Coastal Summer Cooking with Chef Dylan in Oklahoma City (Meadowbrook Acres)

Cooked salmon with really good sauce. Great class experience.

Booked the class Vibrant New England Coastal Flavors - Date Night with Chef Dylan in Oklahoma City (Meadowbrook Acres)

It was great. Never have been so full! I was the only "solo" person there & wa very included. There was plenty of lobster, the brioche was to die for!, & even the dessert (for someone who doesnt like blueberries), was exceptional. Everything was super easy & even as a seasoned at-home cook, I have always learned several things.

Booked the class Cook a Classic Tex-Mex Feast - Family Fun with Chef Dylan in Oklahoma City (Meadowbrook Acres)

Meal was Latin & delicious. And surprisingly, it was the quickest meal ever (for no particular reason). Chef gave several cooking tips (even ones I didnt know).

Paula Paula

The class was easy to follow, and I feel the recipes will be easy to replicate at home. This class should be 3 hrs long, not 2. The dough didn't have enough time to rise and didn't have enough time to bake. My focaccia bread wound up burning because the instructor was moving on with the class and the bread didn't get out of the oven fast enough.

Sandra Sandra

It was such a great class. I learned so much and can't wait to replicate the dishes at home.

Delia Delia

What a great class. From the beginning with regard to explaining the different variations that we were going to make. Guiding us in the preparing of the ingredients and working with us in the cooking of the ingredients and how it all comes together . The end result the best getting to eat what we made. Delicious. Ready to register for my next class. Great way to spend a Sunday afternoon.
