WHAT YOU’LL DO

A fun-filled, five-day experience to help your young baker hone in on advanced baking techniques.
Give your teen the gift of a five-day cooking series and help them take their baking skills to the next level. Designed for ages 12 and older, these summer cooking classes will help your budding baker dive deeper into the world of baking. Guided by a chef instructor, they’ll explore challenging recipes while learning advanced baking techniques. They'll learn the science behind the perfect crumb, the essentials to kneading a beautiful dough and the technical skills to decorating a cake worthy of your next family gathering.
Classes typically run for two to two and a half hours, unless specified otherwise. Group work is a key component; kids can expect to collaborate with four other students. The class involves standing, cooking and active participation throughout. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required and long hair should be securely tied back for safety. Please note that these are drop-off classes. Parents do not stay during the classes.
This event is suitable for kids aged 12-17
