Cooking Class - 3-Day Foodie Fun Kids: Global Cuisine

What You’ll Do

A 3-day culinary adventure, where young chefs will create flavorful dishes from around the world.

Geared towards ages 7-11, this summer cooking series will help young chefs practice their culinary skills by creating a variety of dishes from around the globe. This summer cooking class is the ultimate kid-friendly experience, that's equal parts fun and educational. From freshly steamed pork buns to delectable handmade pasta and crispy homemade schnitzel, this class is the perfect stamp on your future foodie's culinary passport. In addition to learning recipes, kids will also learn proper techniques, food safety protocols and they'll even receive a certificate at the end.

Classes typically run for two to two and a half hours, unless specified otherwise. Group work is a key component; kids can expect to collaborate with four other students. The class involves standing, cooking and active participation throughout. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required and long hair should be securely tied back for safety. Please note that these are drop-off classes.В Parents do not stay during the classes.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at ravioli class. Chef taught at a perfect pace, was inclusive, warm and welcoming- and had some great tips- some he illustrated with speech and multiple picked up with simple observation. A fantastic teacher.

So fun! Emily was an awesome teacher. There were 9 of us in the class and we each were able to make portions of the meal. All of us rolled out and assembled the 2 pastas we made. The meal was delicious!
