Cooking Class - 3-Day Foodie Fun Kids: International Delights

What You’ll Do

Kids 7-11 will channel their energy into creating an international buffet of mouthwatering dishes.

Fuel your child's creative side with these summer cooking classes geared towards equipping them with confidence and practical skills in the kitchen. Working under a chef instructor, they will learn all about food safety from handling raw ingredients to knife skills. They will craft an array of iconic dishes from all over the globe as they steam fluffy Asian buns, knead pasta dough or bake up a crispy, breaded schnitzel. After the course wraps up, students take home a certificate of completion along with a printed menu of their creations.

Classes typically run for two to two and a half hours, unless specified otherwise. Group work is a key component; kids can expect to collaborate with four other students. The class involves standing, cooking and active participation throughout. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required and long hair should be securely tied back for safety. Please note that these are drop-off classes.В Parents do not stay during the classes.

Chef did a wonderful job explaining and was more than happy to answer any questions. She was a wealth of information! Great class and the hands on experience was invaluable. Can't wait to get the recipes for everything we made in class!
