The knowledgeable Chef Michael is here to guide you along your Mediterranean journey, starting with avocado hummus served with freshly cut vegetables and pita. For your main, you'll make a hearty lamb kofta kebab paired with basmati rice, as well as a side of vibrant zucchini noodles with lemon, feta and Kalamata olives. A delicate almond cake serves as a perfect conclusion.
