Chef Jordan demonstrates the jubilant traditions of making your own fettuccine dinner with this celebratory interactive cooking class. Prepare a menu designed to add Italian charm to your weekly line-up. Your lesson begins with authentic bruschetta featuring tomatoes and a brisk balsamic drizzle before you create a soothing minestrone that even Nonna would approve of. For your main dish, create handmade fettuccine topped with a sumptuous vodka cream sauce and follow up with pumpkin spice espresso panna cotta for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had a great time learning techniques that can be applied to multiple cooking situations and not just limited to pasta. Jordan was very personable and an excellent teacher. He was completely prepared and organized making the experience simple and fun. At the end of it all, we had an exceptional four-course meal that was served in our own home that we now know how to make ourselves! We are already gathering the ingredients for the next time WE make this on our own thanks to Jordan's instruction.
