WHAT YOU’LL DO

Learn the art of creating fresh-from-scratch bagels and fresh toppings in this breakfast-centered cooking class.
Level up your breakfast-making skills with fresh-from-scratch bagels that you learn to make in this cooking class. The 3-hour workshop covers the basics for creating perfect yeasted dough and transforming that into New York-style bagels topped with cream cheese and schmears.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The chief and staff were all wonderful. The ingredients for meal prep were all well laid out in advance. The Thai menu was unique and delicious. We’ll definitely be preparing these recipes again. This was opportunity to prepare foods we wouldn’t normally cook at home. My only dislike was the tight work space we had to work in. Not a huge deal breaker.
