Join Chef Theresa in a fun and interactive class where you'll be taught the step-by-step process of creating Korea's beloved banchan. By the end of the class, you'll know how to prepare this Korean favorite in your own kitchen.

Born and raised in Seoul, Chef Theresa, is a self-taught culinary expert who honed skills at Le Cordon Blue Academy in San Francisco. With 30+ years of experience, Theresa has owned diverse food businesses, including a Korean BBQ restaurant in Oakland. She is currently the head chef of a Korean deli and her passion lies in teaching classic and fusion Korean students, fostering a love for the rich flavors of Korean cuisine.
