You will start by creating your own pasta dough with potato, flour and egg. Then, after kneading and shaping that dough, you'll learn all about flavor pairings as you create a savory, citrus-infused sauce using salty jamГіn, lemon, parmesan cheese and butter. Finally, you will combine your fresh pasta with the sauce, and voilГ , you've got a simple yet delectable gourmet dish!

Josh was a delight to meet! We loved this experience and had a lot of fun learning cooking tips, new recipes, and about the food scene in Colorado in general. He was very informative and was able to answer any cooking question we had. Highly recommend!
