In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Joshua Elias will guide you through the process of making fresh gnocchi with the freshest of ingredients. Now only will you master valuable culinary skills, you’ll learn an impressive new recipe to add to your home cooking repertoire!

You will start by creating your own pasta dough with potato, flour and egg. Then, after kneading and shaping that dough, you'll learn all about flavor pairings as you create a savory, citrus-infused sauce using salty jamón, lemon, parmesan cheese and butter. Finally, you will combine your fresh pasta with the sauce, and voilà, you've got a simple yet delectable gourmet dish!
