What You’ll Do

Enhance your culinary skills while learning about the flavors of the PNW in this class.

Enhance your culinary skills by learning the secrets of top chefs in the PNW. You'll spend time with a 5-star chef learning about the ingredients and techniques needed to prepare cedar plank salmon, sweet onion tartlet, and fresh beet salad, plus a decadent chocolate torte. This class will have you bringing this PNW menu to your table for family enjoyment.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Candy, born and raised in Hong Kong, brings a rich background in Asian culinary arts to her classes. She began her professional journey after completing her culinary diploma in Los Angeles. With experience owning a catering business and years of private teaching, Chef Candy also specializes in pastry arts, particularly cake design and decoration. As a cake designer for over 15 years, she combines expertise and creativity, offering guests an inspiring and skillful culinary experience.
