WHAT YOU’LL DO

Recreate rustic homemade bread in your own home with this hands-on baking masterclass
Master the techniques required to bake your own batches of rustic bread at home. An expert chef will show you how to create different types of bread completely from scratch. Mix, knead, prove and bake loaves with different flavor combinations. You'll learn how to achieve the perfect crusty exterior and the spongiest, lightest texture on the inside.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The chief and staff were all wonderful. The ingredients for meal prep were all well laid out in advance. The Thai menu was unique and delicious. We’ll definitely be preparing these recipes again. This was opportunity to prepare foods we wouldn’t normally cook at home. My only dislike was the tight work space we had to work in. Not a huge deal breaker.
