Discover the art of sushi-making with fresh ingredients and traditional Japanese techniques
Immerse yourself in the art of crafting sushi from scratch in this hands-on cooking class. Explore the rich traditions of sushi-making and enhance your skills through a series of courses. Learn to blend authentic Japanese flavors by preparing vibrant temaki featuring a medley of seasonal vegetables and succulent seafood. Dive into the world of sushi rolls filled with fresh catches and experiment with a range of umami-rich sauces, elevating your culinary experience.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
