WHAT YOU’LL DO

Learn basic knife techniques and skills in this interactive class.
Sub-par knife skills won't cut it in the kitchen, so step your knife game up with this engaging class. Led by a master chef, you'll learn the skills necessary to improve your knife skills, no matter your experience level in the kitchen. From holding a knife with the correct grip to a wide range of cutting patterns and techniques, there's no shortage of knowledge that's sure to improve your cooking potential.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The class menu varies by date. A light snack will be served.
For public cooking classes, menu changes cannot be made. For private events, most dietary restrictions can be accommodated if noted prior to the event. Please mention this in the message field when you submit your booking request.
