WHAT YOU’LL DO

Experience a culinary journey as you prepare a romantic dinner in this cooking class.
Explore new techniques and local ingredients under the guidance of an esteemed chef. With your date, you will learn how to prepare a cider-glazed pork tenderloin and slice, chop and mix together an apple-cranberry chutney. Prepare pan-roasted Brussels sprouts topped with bacon and almonds and a fragrant pumpkin spice soufflé.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
