No need to fly to Spain to enjoy the signature cuisine in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Peter will guide you through a festive menu with paella as the main event.

You'll craft a Spanish omelet made with potatoes and manchego cheese paired with a grilled baguette. Then, learn the secrets to crafting authentic paella with shrimp, mussels, chicken thighs and chorizo mixed in fluffy rice with fresh vegetables, and craft a refreshing salad topped with a drizzle of lemon vinaigrette. Indulge in a creamy espresso flan with anise cookies for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Peter was fantastic! He was on time, great at communication, and made the entire experience fun for our group of 7 women on a holiday together. He accommodated food preferences and was super engaging. He also cleaned everything - the kitchen was even more spotless than when he arrived! Would highly recommend him for any event.

10/10 recommend Chef Peter. We had a party with 4 girls & Chef came right in with the energy and the delicious dishes. Our abs hurt from laughing so hard. It was our favorite night of the trip. Also.: the steak was melt in your mouth delicious! The fries hardly made it to the plate we kept nibbling on them.
