With plenty of olive oil and an array of vegetables and grains, this fully vegetarian meal will give you a new sense of kitchen confidence as you practice knife work and cooking techniques for bites like creamy baked feta, Moroccan-stuffed mushrooms and zesty tabbouleh. Bake a blood orange cake that gets its moisture from an unlikely source: olive oil.
