Cooking Class - Festive Breads Fresh From the Oven

What You’ll Do

Enjoy holiday-inspired bakery-fresh bread from your own oven.

In this hands-on cooking class, make two festive breads as delicious as your local bakery. A chef instructor will teach the recipe for creating bread dough from scratch with flour and yeast. Then, learn how to knead, proof and bake the dough to create a raspberry pull-apart wreath, shaped like a snowflake and topped with a homemade icing. After, make a traditional babka from brioche dough with sweet swirls of chocolate and hazelnut.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
